RAID TRAIN INFO
This raid-train is run by our staff, who are all volunteers. We are constantly working on ways to improve the train, so please know that this information is subject to change at any time.
It's an organized raid on Twitch, which passes viewers from streamer to streamer on an hourly basis. We operate on a Monday-Friday schedule, with a total of 20 stream slots available each day. Each morning, our community goes to the first streamer's channel which will hold the train for one hour. At the end of their hour, they raid all the viewers to the next streamer on the schedule. This continues until the last available time slot. We repeat this process every day until the week is complete. Please know, we will never have a scheduled weekend raid train in our server.
Its main purpose is to help increase your average views on Twitch and help non-affiliates reach their affiliate goal. If used correctly, it can be used as a tool to bring more awareness to your channel, grow your following, and improve your streaming skills.
1. You must have your Twitch channel linked to your Discord profile.
➪ The toggle for “display on profile” must be enabled.
2. You must be level 3 in the server to sign-up.
➪ Chat in the SP Discord server to gain XP and level up.
➪ Any level member will be able to request a time slot for the 1st week of each month due to the XP reset.
3. You must appear on at least 20 #raid-train-attendance screenshots before every sign-up for yourself.
➪ 20 attendances to get 1 sign-up.
➪ 40 attendances to get a 2nd sign-up.
➪ 60 attendances to get a 3rd sign-up.
The number of slots you can request each week will depend on your role(s) and eligibility.
Our Staff Team takes attendance once every hour, Monday-Friday, 6am-2am EST. We take screenshots of the community tab on Twitch and post them in the raid-train-attendance channel. If your name isn’t showing in the community tab when the screenshots are taken, then you won't be counted. The SP Staff Team has no control over whether or not Twitch is acknowledging you in the community tab. To check your attendance eligibility: ✦ Click here. ✦ Search for your name. Attendance reset: ✦ On the last day of each month, we reset the attendance stats. ✦ The first week of every month, we use the last month’s attendance combined with the new month’s attendance. ✦ After the first week of the month, we will only use the new month’s attendance.
We release Monday & Tuesday train slots on Saturday morning. ➪ 10am EST for non-affiliates ➪ 10:15am EST for top supporters ➪ 10:30am EST for affiliates We release Wednesday & Thursday train slots on Monday afternoon. ➪ 2pm EST for non-affiliates ➪ 2:15pm EST for top supporters ➪ 2:30pm EST for affiliates We release Friday train slots on Wednesday afternoon. ➪ 4pm EST for non-affiliates ➪ 4:15pm EST for top supporters ➪ 4:30pm EST for affiliates Although we try to always release the schedule around the times listed above, sometimes we will release it early or late depending on our availability to assist members with sign-ups. On sign-up days, please wait for your role to be pinged before requesting a slot.
1.Non-Affiliates can sign up for: ✦ 1 time slot each day. 2.Affiliates can sign up for: ✦ 1 time slot each week. 3. Extra Slots through perks and giveaways:
✦ 1 extra slot each week if you're an SP Winner.
✦ 1 extra slot for winning the Train Slot Giveaway.
1.We operate in EST. ✦ If you're not in EST, click here to use the time zone converter. ✦ You can use the location, New York, when using this link. 2.Go to the raid-train-schedule channel and review the schedule to see what slots are available. ✦ There’s a color key at the bottom of the channel. 3.Go to the raid-train-sign-up channel and let us know which slot you want. ✦ In ONE message, include the day, time, and am/pm. ✦ Do not request several time slots in one message. ✦ If you edit your message after you request a time slot, it will be denied. ✦ If you sign-up for "Tuesday 12am", you are signing up for the 12am time slot on Tuesday's train, which is technically Tuesday night / Wednesday morning. 4.On sign-up days, no one can request the NEWLY released times until we ping your role, (Non-affiliates, Top Supporters, & Affiliates.) 5.While sign-ups are going on, we will not allow anyone to cancel or switch a time slot UNLESS you're the next streamer on the train that day.
In the event of an opening on the schedule within 15 minutes of the start time:
✦ We will not allow anyone to sign up for OR request to fill the time slot.
✦ If the current streamer is eligible, we will first ask them if they want to fill the time slot.
✦ If the current streamer can't fill the time slot, we will send the train to TheSpTwitch.
If you are filling a time slot, it will NOT count as a "sign-up".
On the day of your train slot, you will be pinged in the raid-train-schedule channel, giving you information on when your slot is and who to raid. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CHECKING THIS BEFORE AND DURING YOUR SLOT FOR ANY CHANGES. 1. Emote-only mode, Follower-only mode and subscriber-only mode must be disabled before we send you the train and remain disabled during your slot. ✦ Type /Emoteonlyoff in your Twitch chatbox. ✦ Type /Followersoff in your Twitch chatbox. ✦ Type /Subscribersoff in your Twitch chatbox. 2. The Auto-reconnect feature must be disabled if you're using SLOBS or OBS. ✦ Go to settings ➪ Advanced ➪ Automatically reconnect ➪ Turn it off. ✦ Please double check this setting before EVERY timeslot you sign-up for. 3. Please adjust your Raid settings to be prepared. ✦ Open Twitch ➪ Creator dashboard ➪ Settings ➪ Stream ➪ Scroll to the bottom. ✦ Minimum number of viewers, set to 1. ✦ Maximum number of viewers, set to "No Maximum". ✦ Minimum account age in days, set to 1. ✦ Make sure all boxes below are unchecked. 4. We recommend having some Staff Members as editors in your channel. ✦ This will allow a Staff Member to send the raid for you if you're having issues. ✦ Open Twitch ➪ Creator dashboard ➪ Community ➪ Roles Manager ➪ Click "Add New" ➪ type in their Twitch name.
1. Go to the raid-train-schedule channel and see who the next member in line is. 2. Find their Twitch account & make sure they're LIVE & READY before doing anything else. ✦ If they aren't live, please contact Staff in the raid-train-issues channel for assistance. 3. Type in your chatbox the following: /raid username ✦ For example, if you are sending your raid to HazeyyVision, you would type /raid HazeyyVision 4. If you make an error while sending the raid, please type /unraid ✦ This will cancel the raid in progress. 5. After the raid has been sent, you can continue streaming or you can end your stream.
1. You must be live 10 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
2. You must raid the next streamer on the raid-train-schedule at your scheduled end time unless told otherwise by Staff.
3. You must follow the steps in train-crash-info if your stream goes offline.
4. Cancellations must be done in the raid-train-issues channel or you'll be considered a "no show."
5. We will not send you the train if:
✦ you're streaming reruns.
✦ your stream seems unstable.
✦ you're using an ALT account.
✦ you’re sharing viewership with another streamer.
✦ you have "Emote Only", "Followers Only", or "Subscribers Only" mode enabled.
✦ you're not communicating to the Staff Team in your stream with a mic. 6. We do not allow members to use 3rd party tools to boost numbers during their train slots.
✦ This includes: viewbots, followbots, 3rd party apps/websites, etc.
7. We don't mind you being involved with other communities, however, please note:
✦ Make sure there is a MINIMUM of 1 hour between having a slot on our train and another community's train.
8. You cannot put pressure on the community to contribute financially, so DO NOT:
✦ Encourage others to start, continue, or finish a hype train.
✦ Ask members for loans, bits, subs, or donations.
✦ Attempt to solicit products or services.
✦ Advertise giveaways that suggest, encourage, or require payment for entries.
9. You cannot mention/advertise any community or networking Discord servers other than Streamer's Paradise.
✦ Personal Discords are okay to mention.
10. We will not tolerate any disrespectful remarks, hate speech, bullying, or racial slurs.
✦ Rules are across the board, no matter your race/ethnicity.
Not following any of these rules, abusing train slots, reoccurring backouts, being a no-show, or causing the train to crash, will get you banned from signups.
➪ Our Staff Team has the option to sign up for 1 early timeslot each month if they've done enough server work to earn it.
➪ The SP Winners and the Train Slot Giveaway winners will each get to sign up early for 1 timeslot before the weekly schedule is released.
➪ If an SP Winner also wins the Train Slot Giveaway, they can sign up early for 2 timeslots before the weekly schedule is released.
➪ We can guarantee you 3+ viewers, however, we cannot guarantee any chatting. This train is designed to help viewer average & might have several lurkers unable to chat.
➪ If you want to maximize your viewers for the raid-train, remove any/all content labels for your timeslot.
➪ If we have trouble communicating with you before your train slot, we will not send you the raid. If we have issues communicating with you during your train slot, we may prevent you from signing up again.
➪ Once the scheduled train slots are finished each day, the last member on the schedule will raid TheSpTwitch, unless told otherwise by staff. This account will hold the viewers until the next day's first train slot.
